Refund policy


At Pure Luxe Nutrition Private Limited, we feel elated that you love our product and want to purchase it. However, we also understand that, sometimes, certain unexpected reasons can compel you to cancel your order and seek a refund. If you want to know how we handle cancellations, replacements and refunds, this is just the right place to be. Here, we elaborate on our policies related to the issues.

Cancellation of Your Order

  • We can accept your cancellation request only if it is made within 48 hours of order placement or before your order is sent out for delivery, whichever comes first.  

  • Once your order is out for delivery, we cannot accept a cancellation request, as your wellness essential pack is already on its way.

  • You can drop us an email at info@pureluxenutrition.com to request a cancellation. Please make sure that you include the order number in your cancellation email.

  • Once we receive your email, we will confirm your cancellation and initiate a refund process. This may take up to 7-10 business days. 

  • The payment you made for your order will be refunded through the original method of payment.

Replacement of Your Order

  • We don't have return and replacement in the website once's the order is purchased .

Refund Policy & Process

  • We offer a refund only when we cannot arrange for a replacement.

  • Please allow us 7-10 business days  your refund will be credited to original mode of payment. We will refund the complete amount to your original method of payment.

  • For a COD (cash on delivery) order, we will refund your amount to your bank account in around 14 business days. 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you do not receive a refund notification, please check your bank account once. You should also reach out to your bank for confirmation, because the time taken for a refund may vary.  

  • If you have paid via credit card, please check with the bank that issued your card. It may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.
